WITNESSES

WHEREAS, the crAhas traditianaUy trained train senice employees as Motor


Operators in the order of their entered service date; and

WHEREAS, needs for trained Motor Operators on specUic unes


and/or sections may

seniority rights of transit service employees, in a manner that does not create a

NOW THEREFORE, in consideration or the above recitals, which are iDcmpo.raled by
reference herem. the mutual promises exchanged below and other consideration
exchanged by the partes, the parties agree as follows:

1. AD employees trained as Motor Operators in order of their section


seniority wiD. be placed on all applicable seniority lists in order of their entered
service date and their seniority i'cm.iJng will be determined by integIating their
entered service date In chronological order with the entered service dates of aD.
employees an the applicable seniorltylists. This ranking will be used for picking
sections, jobs and other appropriate working conditions.

used as a precedent in tiny present or future matters between the parties, except as
