THE DANGER ZONE

SEASON 3

Hello,

The Danger Zone Season 3 is fast approaching and as a contestant on this series, we would
like to reassure you around our COVID-19 prevention methods and also give you an overview
of this season, as it is like no season we have filmed before.

COVID-19 has impacted on our own personal lives in many ways, myself included. As you may
know, since 2011, I have suffered from anxiety and depression and the work I have been able
to achieve with BroadcastThisTV and The Danger Zone has meant I have been able to live a
very normal life, making new friends through the show. For that, I am truly grateful and I’ll
continue to do everything I can to make my guests feel welcomed onto the show, as I have
done for the last 3 years.

In accordance with Government guidelines, we wash all items of clothing and accessories
worn on the show and quarantine the items for 3 days prior to your shoot.

Below is a helpful checklist to help you feel prepared and settled:

BEFORE THE SHOOT

1. If appropriate, make your travel arrangements and book hotels (if

applicable) as early as possible to being confirmed as a contestant on

The Danger Zone.

2. Packing Clothes – Please make sure you are aware of the following rule:
• What you arrive in goes into the tank (minus shoes, socks and
coats/jackets) – no ifs, no buts! There will not be an opportunity ☐
to change…

3. Packing Clothes – Please make sure you pack the following items for
your shoot…

• In addition to turn up outfit, please pack a further 3 casual
outfits (2 for the shoot, 1 for leaving)
• Football / Rugby Kit / Sports Kit – these items will potentially be
gunged during a game. If you don’t own a kit or are not
prepared to gunge your items, please contact us at your earliest
opportunity
• Any additional items of clothing you may require for the shoot
(spare underwear for example)

4. Packing Amenities – Please make sure you pack the following items for
your shoot…
• Shampoo (if specialist required)

• Deodorant
• Hair Product

of arrival or if you get lost:

Mobile: (+44) 07860 770433

4. We kindly ask you to turn up between 09:30 and 10:00 so you, as an

individual, can feel settled, use the facilities or even have a cuppa and
ask any questions that you’d like to reassure you of the day ahead. This

will also give you time to meet you opponent, if you’ve not previously
met.

5. Once you are settled, we will proceed to the set – please remove any
items of value from your clothing or yourself, remove your footwear
and take care when walking to the set as the protective sheeting on the ☐
floor can be slippy when wet!

6. The Danger Zone takes approximately 5 hours to film. When you have
lost a round, we will ask you to shower and change outfits. Before re-
entering the house, please utilise the paddling pool and hose pipe to ☐
wash down your feet and legs.
7. Please take your time when inside the house climbing or descending
the stairs, the protective sheeting can be slippy when wet! Please
minimise the risk and amount of splashback by using the rinse down ☐
facilities outside.

1. Once the shoot is completed, we will complete our model release and
payment paperwork prior to you leaving. If you require a copy of your

signed paperwork, please let us know.
