The holder (the “Holder”) of this ticket is hereby granted admission to the facility indicated on this ticket for the
purpose of viewing the event (the “Event”) indicated on this ticket. Holder shall not be admitted to the facility without
this ticket. The Holder agrees to abide by state and local COVID-19 protocols, including vaccination and mask
mandates and self-quarantine, if applicable. Please avoid visiting if you have symptoms of COVID-19, have been
diagnosed with COVID-19 within 14 days prior to your visit, or have been in close contact with someone who has
been diagnosed with or experiencing symptoms of COVID-19 within 14 days prior to your visit. The Holder hereby
assumes all risk of injury or illness resulting from, in connection with, or incidental to the Event, whether occurring
before, during, or after the Event. The Holder also agrees that the Isabella Stewart Gardner Museum (the “Museum”),
its employees, management, directors, artists, and contractors shall not be held responsible or liable for any injury,
illness, loss, or damage resulting from attending this Event. This ticket is a revocable license and admission may be
refused upon refunding the purchase price. However, the Museum reserves the right, without the refund of any portion
of the purchase price, to eject any person who fails to comply with Museum rules. Holder acknowledges that the Event
may be broadcast or recorded and hereby grants permission to the Museum to utilize the Holder’s image or likeness
incidental to any live or recorded video, transmission, promotion or marketing of the Event. Reproduction or resale of
this ticket is prohibited by law.
