HEALTH & SAFETY

ALL PATRONS MUST BE FULLY VACCINATED TO ATTEND EVENT AT MISSION BALLROOM.

Due to the recent public health order passed by the state, we have updated our COVID safety and
vaccine requirements to match all City and State guidelines. Due to this change being out of our
control, refunds are not offered for any events that are currently on sale. If you have purchased a
ticket, you must provide vaccine documentation upon entry to the event.

Our Company Health & Safety policies are regularly updated in consideration for our fans, artists
and event workers based on our ever-developing circumstances and updates relating to infection
rates, transmission data, variant developments, and local and federal regulations. For FAQ, see
below.

COVID-19 WARNING
COVID-19 is an extremely contagious disease that can lead to severe illness and death. There is an
inherent and elevated risk of exposure to COVID-19 in any public place or place where people are
present and there is no guarantee, express or implied, that those attending the festival will not be
exposed to COVID-19.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Updated: 12/01/2021

**AS ALWAYS, OUR REQUIREMENTS FOR ENTRY ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE OR REVERSAL
BASED ON UPDATED DATA THAT INCLUDES INFECTION RATES, TRANSMISSION DATA,
VARIANT DEVELOPMENTS, AS WELL AS MANDATES OR REGULATIONS FROM FEDERAL,
STATE AND/OR LOCAL GOVERNMENT AGENCIES OR INSTRUMENTALITIES.

What qualifies as “fully vaccinated”?

We consider fully vaccinated to be two weeks after the second dose of the Pfizer or Moderna
vaccines, or two weeks past a single Johnson & Johnson vaccine.

How do I show proof of vaccination when I arrive?

Acceptable documentation may be a physical copy of a COVID-19 Vaccination Record Card, a
digital copy of such card or such other proof as is permitted locally.

I’m visiting from another country, where other COVID-19 vaccines are approved for use
(AstraZeneca, for example), will I be able to get in?
Yes, as long as you’re considered fully vaccinated.

What if I forget my proof of vaccination?

You won’t get in. So please don’t.

What if I have a medical condition that exempts me from getting vaccinated?

Any patron needing an exemption due to a medical condition or disability will need to complete the
attached form and bring the signed form along with a proof of a negative COVID test (molecular,
PCR or antigen) that was administered by an official testing center to the event. Test must be taken
no more than 48 hours prior to entry. Home testing kit results will not be accepted for entry. Per the
state public health order, Religious Exemptions do not qualify.

What about attendees under the age of 12?

Children between the ages of 5-11 may either show proof of full vaccination or a negative COVID-
19 test taken within 48 hours of the event. Children under the age of 5 (who are not eligible for the
COVID-19 vaccine) must show proof of a negative COVID-19 test taken within 48 hours of the
event.

Will I still have to wear a mask?

Where not required by law, we are STRONGLY ENCOURAGING you to continue wearing a mask at
our events. It stops the spread of disease, and the Delta Variant is highly contagious, even among
the fully vaccinated.
