CORRIGENDUM

Written Assessments

Reference is made to sub-article 9.4 of Article 9 (Specific Contracts) of Section 1

(Instructions to Candidates) of the DPS Document, namely, “Specific Contracts will be
awarded to the participant submitting the cheapest priced offer satisfying the technical
criteria, together with the proposed resources obtaining the minimum threshold set for
written assessments.”

Notwithstanding this provision, Candidates are to note that MITA reserves the right to
determine whether or not to hold such written assessments; but this assessment, if so
required, will be outlined and defined at the individual Specific Contract level together
with any other technical criteria that may be required.

All other requirements, terms and conditions of the DPS Document where not
superseded by this Corrigendum remain unchanged.
