Dissertation Registration Form

You must submit your dissertation in January 2023 (see below). Please complete this form and e-mail it to
Richard Earle not later than the end of June 2022. Please do not submit this form to the Faculty Registry. Please
attach your Dissertation Proposal to this registration form. You must not carry out any fieldwork (NONE)
without prior approval from Richard. You must submit your Ethics Clearance Form A via the Virtual Research
Environment (the VRE) {identifying your supervisor} not later than 30 September 2022. IF fieldwork is approved
by Richard, you MUST file Form B by 30 September 2022.
