WHAT IS IDEAL/IDEALS?

Ideal is a conception of something

in its absolute perfection. It is a
one thing that is regarded as a
standard or a model of perfection
or excellence. It is also an ultimate
or worthy endeavor, a goal.
Matching ideals with goals
BENEFITS
helps increase clarity and focus for both individuals
and the organization as a whole. It brings a better
understanding of each other's priorities and how they
fit into the big picture. It also ensures greater
efficiency on the journey to achieving the common
goals, with more buy-in and commitment from
employees to the organization's goals. What's more,
it catalyzes a culture of accountability, continuous
improvement, and the possibility of achieving
long-term success.
Matching ideals with goals

1. Define your ideals

It’s more effective to define your
ideals first for a number of
reasons. If you don’t know your
ideals, you may set irrelevant
goals.

2. Take inventory of resources and threats
Achieving goals relies on having the resources you need
and overcoming the obstacles you face. Make an
inventory of the things you have access to that can help
you achieve your goals and the circumstances which may
impede your success. These include:
Time, Motivation, Information, Training, Funding, and
Support

3. Plan
Break down your goal into small,
specific steps that will move you in
the right direction. Begin by listing
at least one action to take in the
next week. Schedule a time to do it.

4. Little commitment = little
follow-up
Because if you believe in an
ideal strongly, you’ll want to live
up to that ideal as best you can.
So you’ll act in ways that make
it clear that this ideal is
important to you. In addition,
you’ll resist acting against that
ideal.

5. Revisit
Each week, assess how you’re
doing against your goal. Keep a
focus on your ideals. Decide what
actions you’ll take that week
toward achieving your goal. Set
new milestones as needed.
Ruins into Foundation materials

Most people find it difficult to bounce back

after having problems that can ruin or destroy
their plans in achieving their goals. However,
your ruins can also serve as your foundation to
start again.
Ruins into Foundation materials
Here are the following steps on how to turn your ruins
into foundation materials:
- Choose a goal and determine why you want to
achieve it
- List everything that needs to happen
- Brainstorm and anticipate all possible obstacles
- Turn all the obstacles into strategies
- Execute from a place of abundance and joy
Do not be a Loser

Nobody wants to be a loser. Luckily, with just a little

time and energy, no one has to! No matter who you
are, turning your life around can be as easy as
deciding that you're going to draw a line in the sand
and make a change right now. Don't let people tell
you you're a loser — instead, ignore their pettiness
and work to be the best, happiest person you can be.
Do not be a Loser
The following are ways on how to stop being a loser:
Value yourself
- If there's only one thing you do to improve yourself, make it
this. When people genuinely value and respect themselves,
it's obvious to everyone around them. These people may not
[1]

all be bubbly and effervescent, but they all exude a sense of

self-worth and confidence that makes it obvious that they
don't consider themselves losers. Start by thinking of all of
the good, valuable things about yourself — things you're
good at, ways you enjoy yourself, and so on. Knowing that
you have your own unique strengths and talents makes it so
much easier to love yourself and so much harder to pay any
attention to people who may try to put you down. [2]X

Devote time to your hobbies and interests
- People who spend time doing what they love have an
easier time loving themselves. The fun and
self-satisfaction you get from indulging your hobbies
and interests is great for building confidence and
increasing your sense of self-worth. If you're not already
doing so, try to spend a little time every day or week
doing something positive and fun that you love. If you
can do your hobbies with other people, even better —
your friends can take the entertainment level of your
hobbies from "fun" to "let's do this again as soon as we
can".

Stay physically active
- the way you treat your physical body can have a
noticeable effect on the way you view yourself
emotionally. Exercise has been proven to cause the
release of chemicals called endorphins in the brain
which can help you feel positive and upbeat.
Frequently devoting a little time and energy to your
fitness can help you feel more relaxed, confident, and
energetic. Additionally, exercise is known to help treat
depression. These qualities all make exercise a great
option for people looking to increase their overall
mood.
