The most important habits one can develop to increase one’s return on
energy is the habit of thinking on paper.

They should develop the habit of setting clear priorities on their list
before they begin work.
 Controlling time and life:
By getting control over time and life , people can increase their
productivity ,performance and output ,only to the degree to which they
stop doing things of low value.

In setting priorities so that the people can increase their return on
energy , people can develop the habit of applying the ABCDE method to
their work list each day before they begin.
 Getting the job done completely :
People should develop the habbit of disciplining themselves to
complete their tasks , whatever they are.
 Be on time every time:
The people who are punctual are admired and respected by others.
 Determining the limiting factor:
The constraint that sets the speed on the achievement of a particular goal
in any area of their life.
 Changing thinking about time:
 People should change their thinking about time .
 They should manage the time properly.
