Appointment Guide
COMPLETION PROCESS

STEP 1 ` Customers under 18 must have passed the written test and held an instruction
Verify permit for at least 6 months and have a current AZ customer number. Parent or legal
guardianship authorization is required.
Eligibility ` Customers 18 and older must have a current Arizona customer number and a passing
score on the written test.
Note: Your customer number is usually your Arizona Instruction Permit or ID card number.

STEP 2 Sign in to your AZMVDNow. STEP 3 Schedule road

STEP 4 What you need to have a successful appointment:

` Bring Arizona Identification Card, Instruction Permit or other acceptable identification
Identification for standard license or identification for Travel ID/DL.
` License plate number of the vehicle you intend to use for the test (must be currently
registered and insured).
