Not only do our all-inclusive packages offer a
great variety of food and beverage selections
to feed all your guests, it also includes some
common wedding needs for both of you &
your family. There are also many optional
add-ons for you to choose from as we
understand that each wedding celebration is
different and we want you to have the best
celebration possible.

Requirements

Whether the event is in the comfort of your

home, a beautiful garden or an event space, we
can make it all possible with just a few
requirements from your preferred venue.

We will need approximately 200 square feet of

covered space with power sockets for the
buffet line, a covered preparation area with
light & water source for storage, final
touchups & platings. We also require a setup
time of 2 hours before the event starts to do
setup.

Our dedicated event coordinator does site

recces if necessary and will advise if additional
space or time is required as each event &
venue is different. We work hand in hand with
you and your planner, sharing our expertise to
bring your vision to life.

Our all inclusive wedding buffet package is specially curated by our team of
experienced event personnel to ensure you have everything you need for your
wedding. However, we understand that each wedding is memorable and
meaningful and comes with its own unique set of requirements. Therefore,
optional add-ons are available. Speak to our event coordinator if something
you're looking for is not listed. We love new ideas!

vegetarian / vegan?
Some of the selections are meat-free, marked
with (v) on the menu. Do let event
coordinator know so that it will be labelled
accordingly. Separate bentos for stricter diet
can be arranged from RM25/pax.

Payment
Are there any additional charges?
Yes, there will be an additional transport charge.
Setia Alam - RM 200
Klang, Shah Alam, Subang & PJ - RM 300
KL & other Klang Valley area - starts from RM 500
Outstation locations - starts from RM 1,000
All prices are subject to 10% service charge.
There will also be a surcharge from RM200/floor for events
that are not on ground level without lift accessibility.
Additonal charges are applicable should additional services,
manpower, coverage area, or overnight stay etc be required
for the event. Our event coordinator will advise accoringly.
Additional servers can be hired for RM250 / server.
What is the payment term?
We require 70% deposit of the quotation to secure your event
date, time and to confirm your booking. If you fail to pay the
required amount within the terms, we may release your
event slot and reserve the right to accept other bookings.
Balance payment must be made 5 working days prior to
event with confirmation of event details. Payments can be
made via cash, credit card or online bank transfers.

How to book?
Step 1
Have a look at our packages and see which suits your
wedding. Pretty much everything you need to know is
included in the menu package & FAQ
Step 2
Drop us a Whatsapp message to check if your date & time
slot is available, as well as to ask us any questions you may
have. We will try our best to reply within 48 hours.
Step 3
Once you have decided to engage us, the booking process
begins. We will make a tentative booking where the
preferred date & time slot will be locked for 72 hours.
Step 4
A quotation based on the initial discussion will be
prepared and a 70% deposit payment is required to lock
the date & time slot. Payment can be made via cash,
credit card / bank transfers. Failure of deposit payment
within 72 hours upon receiving of the quotation will result
in automatic release of your event slot and we reserve the
right to accept other bookings without prior notification.
Step 5
Select your menu, refine guest list, and ask us if you have
any further questions or are in need of any suggestions
and we will be glad to assist you.
Step 6
Confirm all event details at least 5 working days before
the event and make a payment of the remaining balance.
