Credit Card NPAs Rose 25% To Over Rs 3,800
Crore in Nine Months of FY23: RBI Data
• In the first nine months of FY23, bad or non-performing
assets (NPAs) in banks’ credit card segment jumped by Rs
765 crore, or 24.5% to Rs 3,887 crore

• वित्त िर्ष 2023 के पहले नौ महीन ों में, बैंक ों के क्रेविट कािष सेगमेंट में खराब या
गैर-वनष्पावित सोंपवत्त (एनपीए) 765 कर ड़ रुपये या 24.5% बढ़कर 3,887

• However, credit card NPAs made up just 2.16 per cent of the
total credit card outstanding or loan exposure as of
December 2022, a marginal increase from 2.11 per cent on
March 31, 2022.

• At the Paris Air Show 2023, India’s airline InterGlobe Aviation Ltd
(IndiGo) ordered 500 A320 aircraft, from French manufacturer
Airbus scheduled to be delivered within the years 2030-2035.
