BID BULLETIN NO. 2

The schedule of the site inspection is scheduled on 05 November 2021, Friday. All
prospective bidders must adhere to the following guidelines:

1. A maximum of two (2) participants, including the driver, per prospective

bidder, is allowed to join the site inspection.
2. Must confirm attendance to the Secretariat not later than Wednesday, 03
November 2021, and provide a scanned copy of the participants’ ID and the
plate number of the vehicle to access the site.
3. The Assembly area is in the Open Parking area beside the Clark Medical City
and the departure time shall be at 9:00 AM.
4. Present their vaccination cards indicating full vaccination and/or negative RT
PCR test results valid for 72 hours upon entry to the site.
5. Must wear a face mask, face shield, and observe social distancing all
throughout the site inspection.
