Create Database System to log a support request

1. You will need to create a help desk database to record the above information.

You need the following tables (files):

Clients

ClientId Firstname Lastname Location Phone

HelpDesk

HelpId firstname Lastname Role Responsibilities Location Phone

Priorities

PriorityId Priority description

Job

JobID date time clientID Problem description HelpID priorityID LoggedBy

2. You will need to define the relationships for the database.

3. Your database will need to have a drop down list to record the client (clientID), the appropriate person
for the job (HelpID), priority (priorityID) and who recorded the client support (LoggedBy)

4. You are to create reports from the database for each person responsible for the job in the school. The
report should contain the following fields: priority, date, time, client firstname &lastname, client
location & phone, problem description and LoggedBy.

5. The report needs to be sorted by the priority, date and then time.

Reports should have the title: Help Desk Jobs with the current date and help desk staff firstname and
surname, and footers with page numbers.

Urgent Principal's requests dangerous situations ie electrical hazards
