AFFIDAVIT

I, KELVIN YU VILLASIN, Filipino, of legal age, married and a resident of Purok

Over the Rainbow, Bag-ong Lungsod, Tandag City, Surigao del Sur, state under oath,
THAT:

1. I personally know MR. ARSENIO TRINIDAD EBAY for we were classmates

for two (2) years (1982-1984) at Bukidnon State College, Tandag City, Surigao del Sur;

2. I know him to be using the same name;

3. Last July 30, 1989, I and Mr. Arsenio Trinidad Ebay took the Career Service
Professional Examination conducted by the Civil Service Commission in Tandag City,
Surigao del Sur and fortunately both passed the same;

4. During the exam, I was seated one (1) chair away beside Mr. Ebay until the
end of the exam;

5. I am executing this affidavit to attest the truthfulness of the foregoing facts and
for whatever legal purpose this may serve best.
