    Asst Store Manager- BALIA Vmart store (UP3)

    During the recent cash expense audit done by Zonal Finance visits in your store (Balia) during last month, May-
    23, have found process gaps at your store wrt cash and expense management in your capacity and in absence
    of Store Manager.

    It was found that expenses related to employee welfare (Rs 1000 approx) were booked, but their bills were
    not available when audited.

    Being a ASM (Assistant store manager), you were fully aware about the importance of maintaining proper
    records of expenses and bills. However, found non- adherence to the processes and negligence on your part.

    Basis your confession & apology given on the given case, you are being given an advisory
