detail made by you in this financial year 2023-24 that done by your yes bank savings account with
the proof of income and details of the beneficiary that you made transaction in this financial year.

Please kindly submit the details by the end of the September month 2023, in case you failed to submit
the details within the time, we will close your savings account ending with:xxx6490 will be closed
permanently under the guidance of reserve bank of India, And the remain fund in your account will
be funded to PM care fund of India (PMCFI) under the central government of India.
