DEED OF DONATION

I, Valentin R. Castellano married to Redencion de Perio Castellano, of legal age, Filipino, for
and in consideration of my love and affection which I hold for the DONEE - Don Castellano, do hereby,
by these presents, cede, transfer, and convey, by way of donation to Don Castellano, of legal age,
Filipino, married & resident of Barangay, Pangasinan, an area one thousand five hundred square meters
situated on the north western portion of that parcel of land situated in Balingasay, Bolinao ,Pangasinan
more particularly described and bounded as follows:

“A parcel of land situated in Balingasay, Bolinao, Pangasinan; Bounded on the North by

Pacific ocean; On the South by the rest of the land; On the East by Elsie de Perio Tinio and on the
West by Castellano. Containing an area of One thousand five hundred (1500 sqm) square
meters, more or less; Declared Under Tax Declaration No. ________and assessed at Php
57,750.00 for the current year.

of which I am the absolute owner, Valentin R. Castellano married to Redencion de Perio Castellano of
Barangay Concordia, Bolinao Pangasinan.

I, Don Castellano, of Pangasinan, do hereby accept the aforesaid donation, and by these presents
hereby express my appreciation and gratitude in behalf of the above donation.
