ACKNOWLEDGMENT RECEIPT with UNDERTAKING

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

I, PCPT VALENTIN VINLUAN ABALOS (Ret.), of legal age, married, Filipino

and a resident of Valmay, Beach House, Libsong East, Baywalk, Lingayen, Pangasinan,
Philippines and herein referred to as the RECIPIENT do hereby ACKNOWLEDGE
receipt of the amount of ONE HUNDRED THIRTY THOUSAND PESOS
(PhP130,000.00) from the Philippine National Police through PCOL LUISITO B MERIS,
Chief RPCADU, herein referred to as PAYEE as settlement for my improvements
consisting of a 48 square meter bungalow house constructed within the premises of Camp
Major Bado Dangwa, Alapang La Trinidad declared under my name with PIN-009-03-
002-11(638)1397 as reflected in the Assessor’s Field Notes attached herein as Annex “A”

Upon receipt of the amount, I UNDERTAKE to voluntarily vacate the premises

and surrender full possession of the said improvement in recognition of the full rights of
the PNP over the camp’s premises.

Further, in consideration of the amount herein received, I UNDERTAKE not to

commence any action, complaint, protest or any similar opposition of same nature as
against the PNP regarding the said improvement which I am now surrendering.

Likewise, I hereby WARRANT peaceful turn-over of the property to the PNP and
guarantees that the same is with the full knowledge of my family/heirs. I also assure that
no claims from third persons, family members and such other persons acting under my
behalf will be initiated and should any action be initiated by any other claimants, I
UNDERTAKE to defend the PAYEE.

Finally, I hereby AFFIRM that I have voluntarily executed this instrument out of
my own free will, without force, intimidation or violence at the time of execution of this
presents nor anything which may somehow vitiate my individual consent.
