DEED OF ABSOLUTE SALE

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

CONSTANTE CAACBAY, of legal age, married to MARIESTA CAACBAY,
Filipino citizen, with residence and postal address at Blk. 8,
Lot 16, Kalikasan Homes, Puerto Princesa City, represented by
his attorney-in-fact, PAUL MARVIN J. CAACBAY, by virtue of an
Special Power of Attorney, executed on August 5, 2016; per
Doc. No. 156; Page No. 32; Book No. 25; Series of 2016,
acknowledged before Notary Public, Atty. Jules A. Mejia, a
Notary Public for and in the City of Puerto Princesa
hereinafter called the VENDOR;

- in favor of –

DEYVEE-ANN P. BUCAO, of legal age, Married, Filipino citizen

and with postal address at Brgy. San Manuel, Puerto Princesa
City, Palawan, represented by AGNES PAGLIAWAN, hereinafter
called the VENDEE;

WITNESSETH: THAT –

WHEREAS, the VENDOR is the lawful owner of a parcel of land,

identified as Lot No. 104, SGS-04-000999-0, containing an area of
16,948 square meters, covered by Katibayan ng Orihinal na Titulo
Blg. 6862, located at Brgy. Macarascas Puerto Princesa City,
Palawan, more particularly described as follows:

NOW, THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the premises,

and more specifically of the sum of ONE HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS
(PHP 100,000.00), Philippine currency, the receipt whereof is
hereby acknowledged from the VENDEE to the entire satisfaction of
the VENDORS, the said VENDORS does hereby SELL, TRANSFER, AND
CONVEY, in a manner ABSOLUTE and IRREVOCABLE in favor of the
vendee, the above property.

That the VENDOR does hereby warrant valid title to DEYVEE-

ANN P. BUCAO and peaceful possession of the above property herein
sold and conveyed, and further declare that the same is free and
clear of all liens and encumbrances of any kind whatsoever.
