content of the training, the activities and the conclusions reached after the training.Students in the kite club created in
schools will also contribute to the dissemination of activity results both inside and outside the school. Thus, awareness will
be raised among other educators and students.

Explain how is this activity going to help to reach the project objectives.
The activity is based on the it is a collection of activities consisting of focuses specific to research, editing, design and
production. Students will be able to evaluate the events in daily life from different perspectives by learning to think through
research. In addition, students will adopt various concepts such as surface, space, unit etc. through research. They'll make
sense of the relationship between science and mathematics. With editing, when they consider replacing, developing and
facilitating curiosity and dreams as a continuation of the research, they will be able to embody their ideas and imaginations
for the solution by writing and drawing. Thus, they will be able to develop their digital skills and produce original projects
in digital environments. Together with the design, it is aimed to transform the skills developed at other stages into a
concrete product (prototype). The availability of the product, which will become a physical object, will be discussed and
then simply how it can go into production will be questioned. Thus, students who will develop thinking and problem
solving skills will be more proficient in science and mathematics. During the production phase, students will realize the
kites they designed with sketch Up software by multiplying them. The kites, which will be transformed into a fun game and
sports activity with the festival, will also increase students' interest in lessons and science.

Explain how is this activity going to help to reach the project objectives.
Most mathematics educators acknowledge that learning by doing plays an important role in the development of students'
mathematical thoughts. Kite design activities in digital environment serve to embody abstract mathematical concepts and
make them more understandable. The mathematical and geometric contexts that kites have will allow them to learn school
math in real contexts, mathematics to begin with reality and continue with it, and children to learn mathematical knowledge
by making sense of real-life problems. The activity will provide multiple solutions to real-life problems, while at the same
time creating a starting point for students to determine how mathematical activities are used in real life. Therefore, the
activity to be used to associate mathematics with real life will lead the student to explore, model and research, provide
evidence and use technology, and most importantly, cover the experiences that the student enjoys and will gain with
confidence. Scientific knowledge; In activities designed taking into account skill, hearing and its relationship to daily life,
the student will be able to associate theoretical knowledge with daily life. . The knowledge gained during the teaching
process is permanent to the extent that it can be associated with daily life and can be applied more easily to new situations
encountered throughout life. The student who can associate the information he encounters with everyday life and use it in
life will be a good STEM literacy. The inclusion of girls in particular in the activities will also increase their interest in
participating in STEM initiatives. Designs produced in digital environment will contribute to the development of visual-
spatial intelligence by increasing the creativity of students. Teachers will be able to perform fun STEM-based applications
with opportunity and gender equality in other courses with sketch up kite design activities.

Describe the expected results of the activity.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT AND IMPLEMENTATION

Describe the content of the proposed activity.

Project management and implementation activities include measurement-evaluation, dissemination and sustainability
activities to be carried out between the project start and end dates. For an effective project management, an online meeting
will be held before starting the activities.Project risks will be identified and evaluated at this meeting. The partners will
analyze the risks associated with achieving the project objectives.Project timetable will be prepared, partners' holidays will
be noted. After the project is donated, each partner will form commissions within its own body. The commissions are
responsible for the sound execution of the works on an institutional basis and for informing the coordinator regularly.
Within the scope of measurement and evaluation activities, a survey will be conducted before and after each transnational
activity, activity evaluation reports will be prepared, and online evaluation meetings will be held every 3 months. The
number of content in the activity outputs KITe-padlet, KITe-book, KITe-plan, KITe-guide and the number of 5E lesson
plans are also quality indicators. In addition, the project media accounts will be reported by monitoring the number of
members, likes, comments and shares, as well as students' mathematics and science academic achievement indicators.
Within the scope of dissemination activities, an eTwinning project will be established and a project website will be
designed.Other project or corporate social media accounts will also serve these activities. With the integration of 5E STEM
plans into the curriculum, other students will also benefit from the results. The final product to be created from the activity
outputs will be made available to everyone free of charge in the “KITe-bag” project media accounts.Within the scope of
local activities, training, workshops, seminars and workshops will be held for other teachers and students (including in other
schools).Project promotions will be strengthened with the materials.

Describe the target group for this activity. Who is going to take part and who is going to benefit from
the results
After the project is awarded, upper commissions responsible for management and implementation will be established in
each institution. The director of the institution, the contact person and 3 teachers will take place in these commissions. The
higher commissions will coordinate the measurement-evaluation and dissemination subcommittees. Sub-committees will
also consist of 3 teachers and will take place with the kite club students in the execution of their activities throughout the
project. For this reason, the project target audience and beneficiaries are the target audience in the project descriptions
section. First of all, the students and teachers of the institutions will participate in the project activities. Participants from
other schools, NGOs, municipalities and universities in the region will be included in the activities to be carried out at the
local level in a way to ensure social interaction. All concrete outputs will be shared on dissemination platforms and made
available to everyone free of charge. Thus, the results of the project will reach wider audiences. The final product will
guide teachers who want to create quality STEM-based learning environments. It will create environments where families
can have fun with the kites they make with their children. Education stakeholders, NGOs, local administrations and
universities will be reached beyond borders with the studies to be carried out with distance education tools (teams, zoom,
etc.) at national and international level. Thanks to the eTwinning project, School Education Gateway, Epale, which will be
created within the scope of the project, all European institutions that are members of the platform will be the target
audience of the project management activities.

Explain how is this activity going to help to reach the project objectives.
The successful completion of the project cycle and the achievement of project goals are directly related to good project
management. Establishment of an effective time management system, risk planning and establishment of management
commissions at the beginning of the project will ensure the healthy execution of the project. Project preparation activities
(eTwinning project launch, website design, media accounts, planning activities, etc.) are the building blocks of the project.
It will increase its effectiveness by serving the visibility of the project. Planning the activities in an inclusive manner will
ensure the active participation of the students. The activities to be carried out by the institutions at the local level will also
increase the level of reaching the project goals. All project partners are responsible for the optimal execution, measurement,
evaluation and dissemination of the project process. All activities to be carried out in this context will contribute to the
achievement of the project objectives. Continuity of measurement will generate constructive warnings about problems in
practice and provide options for corrective action. Carrying out the evaluation activities in 3 stages throughout the project
cycle will ensure that the deficiencies are detected and corrected in a timely manner before starting the higher education.

With the final evaluation, the tendency (sustainability) of the benefits produced during the implementation process will be
measured. The use of the final product and integration into the curriculum will strengthen the continuity of the project.
Dissemination activities will increase the visibility of the project and contribute to wider audiences to benefit from the
results.

Describe the expected results of the activity.

Equal participation of all partner institutions in the project process will ensure that project management and implementation
activities are carried out in a healthy manner. It will also be the provider of equal distribution of tasks, planned monitoring
and evaluation studies, comprehensive dissemination activities and the continuity of the final product to be emerged.
Classification of transnational activities according to the principle of gradualism and the outputs of the activities will
facilitate the achievement of the project objectives. Making immediate adjustments according to the measurement-
evaluation analysis results to be made at regular intervals will serve the objectives by increasing the quality of the project
outputs. With the dissemination studies to be carried out at local, national and international levels, the results of the project
will be conveyed to a wider audience. It will support the creation of an eTwinning project and the dissemination of logos,
posters, etc. to be done within this scope. Digital data, event outputs, seminars, meetings and presentations will also
contribute to this. With other local, national and international dissemination activities, the results of the project will be
delivered to a wider audience. Kite drawings, digital plan and user manuals and 5E lesson plans will provide the final
output of the project. All communication channels, reports and analysis results to be used throughout the project,
communication activities with parents and students, coordination activities with other institutions, NGOs, municipalities
and universities are among the project results. All these activities will increase project awareness.

Please explain how did you determine the grant amount allocated to this activity?
The "Project Management and Implementation" budget is a cost item that can be used to contribute to some expenses
incurred during the implementation of the project in Erasmus+ projects. This item will be used in our project to cover the
expenses required for the general management and implementation of the project. The coordinator will be managed under
the responsibility of a commission consisting of the legal representatives of the institutions, the contacts in the institution
and the accounting units. Under the title of "Project management and implementation"; -Project management (planning,
financing, coordination and communication between partners, etc.) -Small scale learning/teaching/educational materials,
tools, approaches etc. -Virtual cooperation and local project activities (organization and guidance of integrated
learning/teaching activities, etc.) -Expenditure expenses for information, promotion and dissemination (brochures, posters,
booklets, internet information, promotional materials, etc.) will be covered. In addition, needs analysis reports, bulletin,
progress and final reports, meeting minutes and presentations, country reports and project web page will also be covered
from this item. The "Project Management and Implementation" budget can also support different budget items of the
project within the framework of the grant agreement to be signed. These supports will be made under the supervision and
approval of the project commission. The expenditures will be documented in accordance with the contract with the National
