Fiends; A Journal of a Demon Hunter

I
have wandered the Nine Hells, the Abyss and Table Of Contents
everything in between. This journal is a collection of
my notes on the fiends that I have encountered. A Demons
fiend is an evil creature from one of the Fiendish General
Planes. They are not just evil, but born of Evil; primal Babau
malevolence is one of the roots of their nature, and Balor
the evil essence of the fiendish planes permeates Barluga
every part of their bodies. Chasme
While sometimes vague, these observations are as Devourer
accurate as I could make them while dodging infernal fires Draegloth
and mind-probing fiends. Dretch
I hope this finds its hands into the right hands, so that the Glabrezu
races of the Material Plane have a better understanding of Goristro
what lurks in the Lower Planes. Hezrou

A player reading this book can make a Intelligence Tanarukk
(Investigation) check for every complete hour of reading Vrock
towards a specific subchapter. Yochlol
After reaching a tier, the DM can let the player know what Devils
they retained from their reading. The player receives the General
appropriate piece of information for the creature they read Barbed Devil
about. The player is aware that the creature has more tiers, in Bearded Devil

Bone Devil

The player can then apply the remainder of his check to the
