Realising the potential for scaling up the organic food sector, National Cooperative Organics Limited i.e. NCOL has been set up as
a multistate cooperative Society jointly promoted by National Dairy Development Board (NDDB), GCMMF (Amul), NAFED, NCDC
and NCCF as promoter members. The vision of the Society is to act as an umbrella organisation to encompass all activities related
to organic products produced by co-operatives leading to the realisation of ‘Sahakar se Samriddhi’.

Managing Director
Qualifications: 2 years full time PGDM / RM from prestigious institutes like IIMs, IRMA etc. preferably with Graduation in Agriculture
or equivalent degree.

Experience: 
M inimum 20 years of relevant experience with 5 Years or more of heading the function in Food / Co-operatives / FPOs
/ Organic institutions or related organisations. Knowledge of organic products, marketing operations, legal and statutory
compliances is desired.
Age Limit: 55 years. Age relaxation may be given as per experience and availability of suitable candidate.

Head - Cooperatives
A] Qualifications: Post Graduate / Bachelor’s degree in Law or Post Graduate in Economics / Agri-Business / Rural Management /
Cooperative Management.
Experience: Atleast 15 years working experience with proven track record of which 5 years of heading the function in cooperatives
with expertise in Cooperative principles and management of Cooperative Societies.
Age Limit: 55 years. Age relaxation may be given as per experience and availability of suitable candidate.
OR
B] Serving or retired AIS/Group A officers of Central or State Government having experience in Cooperative sector
Age Limit: 62 years.

Head - HRD & Legal

Qualifications: 2 years fulltime PGDM / MHRM in HRM / PM / HRD or equivalent degree with Graduation in Law.
Experience:
 Overall 15 years of relevant experience with 2 or more years of heading the function preferably in Food / Cooperative
/ Organic institutions or related organisations. Having knowledge of OB / OD / HR / Employee Benefits, labour laws, civil and criminal
procedural codes, laws related to agriculture and co-operative sector.
Age Limit: 55 years. Age relaxation may be given as per experience and availability of suitable candidate.

Head - Finance

Qualifications: CA / ICWA or 2 years full time PGDM from any reputed institutes like IIMs, IRMA etc.
Experience: Overall 15 years of relevant experience with 2 or more years of heading the function preferably in Food / Cooperative
/ Organic institutions or related organisations. Having hands on experience with budgeting, risk management, forecasting models
and compliances.
Age Limit: 55 years. Age relaxation may be given as per experience and availability of suitable candidate.

Head - Marketing
Qualifications: 2 years full time PGDM / RM from prestigious institutes like IIMs, IRMA etc.
Experience: Overall 15 years of relevant experience with 2 or more years of heading the function preferably in Food / Cooperative
/ Organic institutions or related organisations. Good knowledge of digital media management, ad targeting, branding, positioning
and pricing strategies.
Age Limit: 55 years. Age relaxation may be given as per experience and availability of suitable candidate.

Head - Organics
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Food Science / Engineering / Agriculture or equivalent and MBA / PGDM from premier institute.
Experience: Overall 10 years of experience in leadership role with preferably 5 years in Organic Food with good understanding of
building brands, supply chain and procurement.
Age Limit: 55 years. Age relaxation may be given as per experience and availability of suitable candidate.

Location: Anand, Gujarat and New Delhi, however candidates should be willing to work anywhere in India.
