LIVER:
Is normal in size and measures~14.9 cm with increased echogenicity. No intra hepatic biliary
radical dilatation seen.
GALL BLADDER:
Adequately distended. No obvious evidence of calculus or internal echoes seen to the
extent visualized. Wall thickness is normal.
PANCREAS:
Appears normal in size and shows uniform echo texture.
SPLEEN:
Appears normal in size and measures: ~ 12.1cm and shows uniform echo texture.
RIGHT KIDNEY:
Right kidney measures: ~11.1 x 4.7 cm.
Cortico medullary differentiation is maintained.
No evidence of pelvicalyceal system dilatation.
LEFT KIDNEY:
Left kidney measure: ~ 10.6 x 4.6cm.
Cortico medullary differentiation is maintained.
No evidence of pelvicalyceal system dilatation.

URINARY BLADDER:
Normal in contour. No intraluminal echoes are seen.
PROSTATE:
Measures~1.9 x 2.5 x 4.0 cm (Vol- 10.5cc).
IMPRESSION:
Grade II fatty infiltration of liver.

Note - Not all the lesions are visible in ultrasound study. Investigations have their limitations. Solitary pathology
/Radiological and other investigations never confirm the final diagnosis. They only help in diagnosing the
disease in correlation to clinical symptoms and related tests. Ultrasound is not 100% accurate. Unidentified
lesions may appear in follow up study. Please interpret accordingly. Small calculus and microliths cannot be
ruled out in ultrasound, Ct is the modality to confirm exact size of calculus and it’s number. This is not a legal
