AFFIDAVIT OF ADJUDICATION AS SOLE HEIR

I, REY NEIL GENESIS D. LEBOSADA, Filipino of legal age, with residence at Brgy.
After having duly sworn, depose and say that:

1. I am the only child and surviving heir of my parents FLORSEFINA L. PONCE and
DANIEL R. PONCE, who respectively died on April 22, 2019, and October 5, 2012, at
Kang-igang, Sorsogon, Malabuyoc, Cebu; certified copies of their Death Certificates,
Marriage Contract and my Certificate of Live Birth are attached and respectively marked
as Annexes “A”, “B”, “C” and “D”;

2. That my deceased parents at the time of death left no last will and testament; and had no
existing debts or obligations of whatever nature to whomsoever;

3. That my deceased parents at the time of death left an estate consisting of real property
with Title No. CARP2016000050, Lot No. 1160 and an area of 1,735 square meters;

4. As a SOLE HEIR, I hereby adjudicate as to myself the entire estate, subject to the
liabilities of any person who might have an interest or claim against or may be prejudiced
of their lawful share in the said estate, for two (2) years pursuant to Rule 74 of the Rules
of Court.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hands this 27 th day of May 2023, in
the Municipality of Malabuyoc, Cebu.
