WD-06 only at Bank Protective Work along the both Bank of Kushiyara River in front of Bibiyana Power Plants in Habiganj
District Project in Upazila Nabiganj Dist. Habiganj under Habiganj O & M Division BWDBHabiganj .

Dear Mr. Safeul Islam,

In reply to your application on 9/11/2021 and successive discussion with you and our Management of Property
Development Ltd (PDL), we are pleased to give you the work order of the above mentioned work under the
terms & conditions (Enclose-I).The rate of works are attached in Enclose-II. Enclose I & II is integral part of this
work order.
Please note that, in case of any unsatisfactory and under specified performance, the company management
(PRAN-RFL Group) reserve the right to terminate this work order anytime without assigning any reason
whatsoever. Entire work should be done as per satisfaction of BWDB-Habiganj (O & M Division), BWDB-
Taskforce team and PDL-SWDG team.
If you are agreed with the above condition & enclose please return the duplicate with enclosure I & II upon
your proper signing of acceptance.

 (Enclose-I)

Terms and conditions:

1. Sub-contractor shall supply all tools & equipment such as Dumping Boat ,Tusin,bamboo,Gi weir,troly
type truck , nut-bolt, Rope,Neddle,Yarn,power supply at labor shed or wherever necessary for Work.
2. Sub-con will Give Dumping boat and other Machine on dated 15.11.2021 at site.
3. Burnt oil/lubricant, and diesel for operating machine, other diesel engine will be arranged by sub-con.
4. Attached rate amount is applicable from starting to completion; no rate increase will be applicable for
the time period of execution. For idle period if any, no cost will be given.
5. PDL will supply only CC Blocks.
6. Dumping must be completed by sub-con of 10m Distance from the River Bank ,Layer by layer as per
instruction & manner suggested by BWDB & PDL-SWDG engineer in charge.

7. Sub-con will be penalized twice amount of Blocks ( as per quoted rate by RPL in the tender) in case of
Block damaging partially or fully or rejection by BWDB due to poor workmanship.
8. Sub-con will arrange accommodation, toilet facilities, cooking facilities for his labors & his staff at base
camp on his own cost, no payment will be done for making labor shed & other required materials.
9. Sub-con will settle local issues if arises with local dwellers or power muscle in case of sub-contracting
with PDL-SWDG.
10. Sub-con will arrange store facilities if required to take care of his necessary tools & equipment on his
own cost.
11. Sub-con will have to arrange SG/manpower to take care of his own materials, tools & equipment. No
claim for payment in case of any missing, stealing or sabotage case of any materials, tools &
equipment of sub-con. PDL-SWDG will not be responsible at all in such a matter.
12. All debris/rubbish shall be removed by the contractor arrangement safe distance from working place
as per direction of engineer in charge by the contactor.
13. Daily labor bill for carrying & cleaning works will not be allowed.
14. Time limit for completion of work within 120 (Nineteen) days from signing of work order without valid
reason. For each 5 days delay penalty will be imposed 0.1% on contract amount.
15. Mode of payment will be as under-
 Running bill can be made after completion of 5000 Pcs Block Dumping work.
 Bill Will be paid according to LBMS software .
16. 5% of bill amount will be retained as security deposit which shall be paid back to sub-contractor after
12 (twelve) months of maintenance period/after project handed over. Within maintenance period all
defective works to be rectified by the sub-contractor at his own cost.
17. Sub-contractor will arrange his worker’s safety & site safety. If any accident occurred, PDL-SWDG will
not be liable for any accident. During construction time he will take necessary steps for all type of
safety measure for workforce.
 18. Before final payment all defective works should be rectified by the sub-contractor.

19. If any work will be done except this schedule, that item of works rate will be finalized as per market
rate after discussion among both party.
20. Sub-Contractor or his labours are not allowed of any activities in surrounding community/working area
which hamper PDL-SWDG reputation, if found any complain from local community then work order
will be cancelled.
21. No argument and parliamentary word/ behavior will be allowed with any PDL-SWDG staff, local
community & employer.
22. PDL-SWG preserve rights to deploy another one or more sub-contractor/s if the subject mentioned
sub-con fails to achieve target fixed by PDL-RCL management.
