    SUBJECT PRESS BRIEFING INVITATION
    All members of the Dox to Go Community Empowerment project are invited to attend a press
    briefing in Conference Room B on Thursday, November 1st, starting at 10 a.m.

    Please use the next few days to confirm your role in this project which is of utmost importance
    to our survival as a responsible corporate citizen.

    Please note that representatives of the major electronic media houses will be on hand from
    09:30 a.m. to conduct interviews with staff. As such it is imperative that members are properly
    groomed and arrive at least 5 minutes early to facilitate an on-time start.
