EMAIL INVITATION TO A MEETING

Respected Sir,

Hope you’ve been well.

I would like to invite you to attend a meeting on April 15 th

2020 at 2.00 p.m. to talk about some problems that matter in
Dubbo expansion project. Let’s meet at Botany Main office.

To give you an idea of what I wanted to talk about at the

meeting, I’ve made a small list below:

1. Environmental risk in Dubbo city which has rainfall level

very high which can cause flood to happen.
2. Physical risk causing by the flood which make several
damages to the furniture office and need to be replace,
which cost very expensive.
3. Our recruitment agent, seek.au, apparently, they do not
provide adequate human resources as they promised, even
though we have paid them a high price.

Please let me know by a day before meeting’s date to confirm

if you can make it. If you can’t come, please let me know what
other time suits you.
