ABOUT ME
A high dedication master student majoring Science Psychology at Universitas Surabaya. Had experienced in
company branding when used to be an internsip staff at International Model United Nations and strong
leadership skill because the experience at Leadership Organization. Highly passionate about Human Resources
Management because of clear understanding about Organizational Industrial Psychology studies. Have a good
time management, teamwork, and willingness to learn about new things and gaining experiences.

Brand Ambassador | International Model United Nations (IMUN) May – June 2021
● Accomplised the target which successfully reached 3 registrations in the first week through product
branding and promotions on social media, both Instagram, Twitter, and Facebook.
● Contributed to inform and educate the public about Conferences in International MUN and the
powerfull impacts on negotiation, diplomacy, and leadership skills.
● Assisted the registrations process for new clients.

ORGANIZATIONAL EXPERIENCES
Staff of Student Welfare | Faculty Student Representative Council April 2019 – April 2020
● Ensuring the student welfare through actively accommodating > 5 student suggestions and criticisms
in a month on the organization's official accounts like Line and Instagram.
● Accomplished the report of complaints about learning process or facility and infrastructures and
submiting it to the parties concerned, such as lecturers, faculty staff, and the dean.
● Prepared qualifications for the student welfare division staff candidates who will serve in the next
period.
