STATEMENT OF GROUNDS ON WHICH APPLICATION IS BEING MADE

The Promoters of the proposed company to be incorporated in the name of BEG

FOUNDATION decided to provide their assistance for the development of the Society at
Large. Hence they joined together to form a company under Section 8 of the Companies Act,
2013 with the following objectives:

1. To provide, manage and promote general and higher education and owning
and operating institutions such as schools, college, University, Veterinary
College, Medical College, Law Colleges, Teacher Training, Technical and
Vocational job oriented training, environmental awareness, Soil and water
conservation, agriculture research, training, medical education and other
educational activities in all disciplines, cultural activities, health care
activities for human and animals & institutes, boarding houses for students
with or without food, rehabilitation centers, ashrams, gurukuls, research &
development activities, libraries, organizing workshops, solely for
philanthropic purposes including e-learning platform as applicable to the
Companies Act, 2013 in relation to Sec. 8 Company and to acquire, undertake
as a going concern whole or any part of the activities with all it's belongings
including licenses, approvals and debts and liabilities at book value of any
person/ persons, Society, institutions, or company, or any other organization
whether registered under this act or not but having objects similar to objects
of this company with no profit motive and to undertake various welfare
programs for the benefit of the society at large.

2. To promote, incubate, assist, support, sustainable and scalable entities and

entrepreneurs engaged in agriculture (including plantation activities.
Horticulture, pisciculture, floriculture, animal husbandry, development of
seeds, aquaculture, cultivation of fruits and vegetables under controlled
conditions and all agro and allied services), arts, culture, community
building, healthcare, housing, nutrition, water, education, livelihood, clean
energy, sanitation, transportation, clean technology, women's empowerment,
entrepreneurship, youth empowerment, rural development, waste
management, vocational training and any other area as the Board may, at its
discretion deem fit, in accordance with the objectives of the Company, in
order to improve and elevate the lives of economically backward, poor and
deserving people in India. To undertake various programs for renewable and
conservation of energy.

3. No object of the company will be carried out on commercial basis.

 4. The company shall apply its surplus if any in promoting its objects and to
prohibit the payment to any dividend to its members. The doing of all such
other lawful things as considered necessary for the furtherance of the above
objects.

Provided that the company shall not support with its funds, or endeavour to
impose on, or procure to be observed by its members or others, any
regulation or restriction which, as an object of the company, would make it a
trade union.

No objects of the company will be carried out other than main object without obtaining
prior approval from the concerned authority as required.

Hence an application has been made under Section 8 of the Companies Act, 2013 with the
Registrar of Companies, Jaipur for a license directing that the said company be registered as
Company with limited liability without the addition of the word “Limited” or the words
“Private Limited” to its name.
