What do you think are some of the greatest inventions of the past 100 years?

I would definitely believe that the Internet is the greatest invention of the past 100 years. First and
foremost, the Internet could facilitate our communication so that we’re able to connect with people
irrespective of our nations. And using the Internet is also a good way to stay in touch with family and
friends. Actually, that’s extremely more time-saving and economical than some normal ways such as
sending letters, meeting at a particular place,… Admittedly, the Internet is really indispensable now
during the COVID-19 pandemic for those anti-epidemic efforts. Last but not least, we could make any
online purchases. We can do shopping or book a movie ticket whenever we want. Like I said, the
Internet could save us a lot of time and it’s also very convenient to get something with just a click of
mouse. All in all, I think the Internet is an outstanding invention because it has changed our lives a
lot.
