Rationale: This event will serve as an avenue for BSA students to discuss and share to others
the experiences they encountered and the learnings they have gained in conducting research
and inspire other Accountancy students to conduct research.
1. The contest is open to all Accountancy students who are currently enrolled this school
year 2022-2023 and have done a research output. Previous winners are no longer
allowed to join
2. Contestants may register as individual, pair or group as endorsed by their school head
by accomplishing the attached google form not later than January 28, 2023 together with
the Five (5) minute video lecture presentation:

5. Preliminary judging of the video is on February 04, 2023, using the following criteria:

6. From the videos submitted, the top 10 will be chosen as Semifinalists as follows:
7. The 10 Semi-Finalist will compete for a 10 minute live virtual presentation on February
11, 2023, which will be judged as follows:

8. The Top 5 Finalists will present their final output via 30- minute live lecture presentation,
during the 2nd Accounting Research Festival on February 25, 2023, where the final
ranking will be determined using the following criteria

9. All entries will receive Certificate of Participation while the finalists will receive a
certificate of recognition while the top five (5) will receive a Medal, Certificate of
Recognition and cash prizes as follows:
