Business Model Development and Innovation Project Details

The purpose of this class project is to bring praxis into the overall understanding of
traditional and emerging business models. Students in a group of 4 to 5 will have to review
the business model of an organization based on the key elements of business model
development and innovation taught in this course. However, a detailed outline is given
below with the necessary instructions to provide students with the direction, requirements,
and format of writing this project report. Kindly, note that students would have to work

Fitness Planet is a fitness center (gym) that provides a clean, friendly, and affordable
environment where people can achieve their body goals.
