Sub: Prayer for Daily Supply under Contractual basis at Digboi Marketing Terminal, IOCL (AOD).

Firstly, We would like to thank The Executive Director, All Executive Officers and Workers of Indian Oil Corporation
Limited, Digboi for Constructing the IOCL Marketing Terminal at Digboi.

Sir, we the unemployed members are currently working under Contactor on contract basis at IOCL Marketing
Terminal Project, Digboi.

We are the Unemployment members residing in the nearby villages of IOCL Marketing Terminal Project.

From reliable sources we have received information that a TENDER is open for daily basis of Man Power. The Man
Power requirement is at least 70 to 80 Workers under contactor.

We therefore request before your kind self to please help the nearest village people by appointing them on daily
basis for Employment.

And Sir, We would like to inform you that a list is prepared in which all people irrespective of caste, creed, religion,
sex, community are listed those would be engaged in IOCL marketing Terminal Project on daily basis, which will be
help to nearest poor people.

We have separate list attached which includes:- Name, Address and Qualification of the above said
workmen/workwomen.

It’s a sincere request that the local workforce(men/women) should be appointed for work under daily basis and it
will provide employment to them because they have no source of income till date.

We therefore request to all contactors to kindly support this Unemployed workforce for Employment on daily basis
and its goal to help the unemployed needy and he poor people for which it has formed. We hope for positive
response from your end. And we would be waiting for your cooperation and reply at the earliest possible.
