The subject’s performance standard is to integrate students’ learning in specialized areas

What I Need to Know
This provides varied and relevant activities and opportunities to determine the
understanding of the concept to demonstrate core competencies as prescribed in the curriculum
guide of DepEd in Animation.
This focus in different activities that will assess your level in terms in skills and
knowledge necessary to get a certificate of competencies for Animation.
Successful completion of this course ensure that you have acquired the essential
skills to be on our way to become a certified in animation.

Admiring to become an animator requires a lot of skills, but the most important is
the passion, creativity and imagination in bringing ideas to reality. The following lessons will let
you experience how to make your first animated project.

Activity 1: Sketch Model


Direction:
1. Sketch any character or environment that move sequentially every layer use (at
least 10 layer) FlipaClap application.
2. Ask your parent or guardian to take a video while you are sketching your
model.
3. Submit your output to your teacher.

Activity 2: Draw and Import Model


1. After sketching model, make life to it by coloring the sketch.
2. Export the file in MP4 format after coloring.
3. Ask your parent or guardian to take a video while you are coloring your model
4. Submit your output to your teacher.

Activity 3: Animate Text/Word
1. Design and animate the title of your model using Hype Text application.
2. After designing, export the animated title in MP4 format.
3. Ask your parent or guardian to take a video while you are making your animated
title.
4. Submit your output to your teacher.

What Is It

A. Video Clip
Make a video from Activity 1 to Activity 4.

Direction:
1. Combine the animated model and animated title using CapCut – Video.
2. After editing, export in Mp4 format.
