BACKGROUND: Growth of firms in Zimbabwe is becoming a perennial challenge. One of the major causes of growth failure is that
organisations fail to carry out a proper product portfolio analysis on the range of products they offer. Carrying out a product portfolio
analysis assists the firm to identify appropriate marketing mix strategies that can be applied on each of their products during the course
of their activities.

Using the BCG MATRIX carry out a product portfolio analysis on a given firm in Zimbabwe
Part B
Suggest marketing mix strategies that can be undertaken by the firm in-order to improve on its products.
