CALA TITLE : INVESTIGATE BARRIERS TO TRADE EMPLOYED IN ZIMBABWE, CARRY OUT AN ANALYSIS ON THE

BACKGROUND: Trade barriers has both positive and negative effects to business organisations and the nation at large .Trade
barriers may affect business operations and growth, due to differences in the level and quality of factors of production and consumer
demands trade among nations becomes inevitable. This calls for an investigation on the effects of trade barriers to business
organisations and the consumers at large and developing options that reduces the effects of trade barriers.

Develop a questionnaire for use in investigating barriers to trade employed in Zimbabwe and carry out an analysis on the effects of these
barriers.

Part B

Suggest options that can be used to reduce the effects of trade barriers.

1. The student s ability to research on the trade barriers used in Zimbabwe.

2. The student, s ability to carry out an investigation on the effects of these barriers.

3. Carry out an analysis and evaluate the impact of each barrier.

4. Suggest options that can be used to minimize or reduce the effects of trade barriers.

5. Marks will be awarded for the report and presentations in class.
