Motivation

Motivation is one of the keys to success and every student needs to
have the motivation and something the pushes him to the limit and it
has to be good motivation because if the student got a bad motivation
that will lead him the wrong way. As a teacher, I must look for all the
students and try to give them the best experience that they could ever
imagine and try to motivate them and help them with everything.
Every teacher must know how to motivate students and how to help
them with their life and study because it is very important if he wants
them to be good students. Teachers must plan for every student by
sitting gold, new ideas, and giving them the support that they need.
The teacher can be a big reason for the student to have a good and
powerful motivation but it also has to come from the student himself
because the teacher can't do anything if the student doesn't want to
learn. In this essay, i will talk about the thing that can motivate every
student like goals, ideas, and support to help them with their study
and in life in general.

The first reason to have good motivation is setting goals. Setting

goals is one of the keys to having a good motivation because when the
student sets a goal for himself he will know what to do and it will be
easy for him to finish what he was planning to do for his study career.
Setting goals is not only for study but it also for life in general
because setting goals is one of the main things to do when you want
to finish something

The second reason to have good motivation is to create new ideas.

By creating new ideas for yourself it will be easy to get a good
motivation like when the person has a bad job but he has to work he
can come up with new ideas to change his style or his routine. Ideas
are something creative and it has to come from the person himself
because he has to come up with a solution for his problems and the
can be done by ideas and ideas give the person motivation to change
things for the better.

 The last reason to have good motivation is by getting support from
others. Support is important in our lives because without support we
can't do all the things that we need, and it is important to get support
from family and friends to get the motivation to do something. When
your friends support you with your study this will give you a good
motivation and push you to do more and love the subject.

Motivation is one of the tools to have a good life and a good career.
The teacher needs to focus on it and try to learn it and master it
because every student must have a good motivation. The performance
will be improved when motivation is available in the student. One of
the things that come with good motivation is the attitude and it is a
good thing that the student has a good attitude because it will change
his mind about the subject in general. Motivation will help me a lot as
a student on how to deal with students who have no motivation and it
will help me in my life to how to motivate myself when I don't have
any motivation
