Rationale: The students of HUMSS 6-1 of ACLC College of Daet will be having a one day event that would teach

the children of the municipality of Mercedes Camarines Norte specifically in Barangay III. The program will start

on 16th 0f July, 2023 at exactly 1:30 in the afternoon that would be held at the covered court of the said barangay.

Objectives: This community action plan aims to: Help the youngsters Improve their readings and

writings that is essential in our daily lives

Participants: youngsters of Baranggay III, Mercedes Camarines Norte
