OBJECTIVES: To give honor and appreciation to all teachers, staff and administration of our
institution. To celebrate the importance of the teacher as our hero.

SEPTEMBER 30, 2019
Call to order:
Ms. Kristine Joy Barut, the president of CTE Department called to order the first meeting in CTE
student with CTE faculty at 12:00 in the afternoon of September 30, 2019 at the 5th floor EZE
building.

Agenda:
1. Teachers Day, voluntary contributions for Php20.00.

Question:
Mr. Agag asked if all the students are in favor for voluntary contribution for the
Teachers day.

Answer:
All students answered that they will. Motion carried for voluntary contribution.

2. Membership Fee, Php100.00 for officers and Php70 for all the members.
 All students are agreed for this matter.

3. Cancellation of Socialization

Question:
Jocelyn Gale Mateo asked if this event was cancelled.

Answer:
Dr. Aribuabo answered, because of the financial problem of the students,
they decided to cancel socialization.
Some students did not agree to this matter, so Dr. Aribuabo open-up the votation. The
result was, only two (2) students against to cancel socialization. Motion carried to cancel
the event.

ANNOUNCEMENT:
1. Fire Earthquake Drill – October 2, 2019 at 1: 00 o clock in the afternoon.
2. Teachers’ day celebration moved to October 11, 2019
OTHER MATTER:
1. KIW officers re-elect new officers for the position of treasurer and secretary.

1. Announcement for the cancelled CTE Socialization due to valid reason

from the department.
2. Intramural meet will be on November 28, 2019
3. List of Class Organization Officers from 1st year to 4th year level.
