U-WEATHER REPORT

Reporter A: Thank you for tuning into U-News Worldwide Weather Report.We will be
checking on the weather all over the world. First,our friend__________will inform us about
the weather in the United States,Florida.

Reporter 1: Hello _______! We have extremely hot weather in Florida today.Up to 38

degrees! People are rushing into the seaside and those who can’t do that, stay inside their
homes with the air conditioner on.

Reporter A: ___________,I see some people around you. Who are they? And….what’s
happened to that man's face??

Reporter 1:These are people from the neighborhood.Sir, can you introduce yourself to us?

Man 1: Hi U-Weather Report! I’m John Williams.

Reporter: What’s happened to your face?

Man 1: I’m a tennis player and today,while I was waiting for my next match,I just fell asleep
with the racket on my face…

Reporter 1:Oh it’s a pity (tries not to laugh) Get well soon Mr.Williams!

Reporter A: Thanks__________ ! Now we are going to the land of maple leaf ;Canada.
Our friend ________is waiting. Hi _______!

Reporter 2: Hi____________!

Reporter A: Are you okay?

Reporter 2: (Wearing so many clothes) I’m fine ____________. But it is freezing here!!! I’m
frozen to the bone and I can not move!

(Some people are carrying a frozen man to the stage)

Reporter A: What?? What's happening?

Reporter 2: This is our camera operator. We are trying to melt the ice around him.

(They pour a bowl of water on the camera operator)

Camera operator : H-h-h-i-i-i w-whi-ch ye-ar is-it?

Reporter A: Well….,umm thank you ________. Now we are connecting to England.
_________________ from our weather report is there. Hi _________!

Reporter 3: Hi______!

Reporter A: What is that crowd?

Reporter 3: oh they are just people enjoying this lovely rainy day.

Woman 1: Yes,what a lovely weather! I love being outside on these kind of gloomy days.

Man 2: I could not agree with you more. Isn’t it better than boiling weather?

Woman 3:No doubt about it! I wouldn’t complain if we had more days like these.

Reporter 3: But don’t you miss the sunny days?

Woman 1: hmm not at all.

Man 2: No way! There is nothing better than a cold gloomy day.

Woman 1: Umm actually…sun…clear skies… I want a ray of sunlight!!! (starts crying)

(Others shocked,try to confront the woman and they leave together)

(Reporter 3 looks puzzled)

Reporter A: Okay Okay…. umm let’s skip to our next destination. Beautiful,Istanbul Turkey!

Reporter 4: Hi_____! It’s unbelievably stormy here. It’s so difficult to move.

Luckily, I’ve met someone and I have an interesting story to tell.

Reporter A: I’m all ears.

Man 3:Hello U-Weater Report! I’m _________

Reporter A: Why are your friends holding you like that?

Man 3: Everything happened last year on an insanely stormy day. I just went outside my
home and a hurricane took me away!!! I closed my eyes and I found myself flying in the sky!
You have to believe me!

Friend 1 (shakes head) He’s telling the truth.

Friend 2:I believe in him.

Reporter A: well…that’s interesting.

Man 3: Next time I opened my eyes,I was in Ankara!

(Reporter A looks like he can’t believe in his eyes)

Friend 1: Since that day, we’ve helped him on stormy days. We are scared that the same
thing may happen again.

Friend 2: I remember that day…. we were terrified! Now we won’t let our friend fly away
again.

Reporter 4: What a beautiful friendship!

Reporter A (seems like not impressed) Goodbye________. Be careful not to fly away! it
