Learning Standard At the end of this lesson, pupils will be able to:

2.2.1 Add in the range of basic facts.

c) Pupils learn to find the sum of any two numbers using
concrete materials.
d) Pupils are guided and explained with many examples
and questions.
Step 2 a) Pupils do the activity in pairs instructed by teacher.
(20 minutes) b) Teacher prepares more questions to enhance the
pupils’ abilities.
c) Pupils do the worksheets or question cards given.
d) Pupils check their answer with representing their
answer to the teacher.

Closer a) Teacher gives them homework.

(10 minutes) b) KBAT questions posted if available.
c) Teacher summarise the topic learned.
