General Information
In the seminars, the students' presentations are evaluated as examination work in
combination with the corresponding lecture.

phy632 - Spectrophysics, 5.04.4661

Seminar Advanced Spectroscopy, 5.04.6611

phy683 - Advanced Topics in Laser & Optics, 5.04.4052

Seminar Modern Methods in Optical Microscopy, 5.04.6610
and Lecture Kohärente Optik

Each course must be attended and completed with an examination to earn credit points.

Syllabus
Requirement
Active lecture and seminar participation + presentation on selected topic -> StudIP @
5.04.6611 Seminar: Advanced Optical Spectroscopy. Assignments are based on the

self-chosen topic and demonstrated competence in the related field.

Exam
There’ll be a final oral presentation on a chosen topic (ca. 25 min) at the end of the lecture
period.

Gradin
Grading is based on the oral presentation, the slides, comments, defense of your
presentation in the discussion, multiple-choice questions, and an active participation in each
Spectrophysics

lecture / seminar session. Attendance is compulsory.
