IODE Canada is required to change its constitutional

structure to continue under the new Canada Not-for-Profit
Corporations Act by October 2014.

You are requested to read the special voting issue of Echoes

recently delivered by mail to all IODE members. The full
back page of this issue with your member name and
address should be marked with your vote and returned by
mail to IODE Canada by 15 May 2013.

If you are attending the 2013 National Annual Meeting you

may bring the ballot page to Calgary to vote.

www.iode.ca if you are still waiting for your copy to arrive in
the mail or contact IODE Canada for more information.
