The revised 2022 Primary Chapter Annual Report Forms have recently been
sent to primary chapter presidents and can downloaded from the National
Member Resources Website

The Primary Chapter Annual Report Forms have been revised, with input from
provincial and national officers. We look forward to your feedback through
your provincial officers.

Feel free to start your report now or to support a friend who doesn’t use the
website please access via the link.

Please follow the directions on the report forms. A list of your provincial
officers and their contact information is available from your Provincial
Executive.
