One of the interesting ideas that arose from the review of membership
experience by the National Advisory Committee and Board of Directors
was the concept of mentor. Many reported having had a mentor and
that was why they had continued in IODE.
This workshop will examine the role of mentors: in primary chapters, in
assisting new members, in creating interest in officer positions. This will
take one and a half hours.
