8) Cancellation charges Rs.1 Lac and if Cancellaed after 30 Days 10% of Agreement Value .
9) This cost estimate is valid for 48 hours only
10) Maintenance Charges of Rs. 5 /- PSF + Govt Taxes for 2 Years payable at the time of Posession.
11) This Price sheet dose not Constitute and Agreement of any form. The Registered Agreement shall be binding document for the
transaction.
12) Legal Charges of Rs. 10,000/- Payable at the time of Registration.
