Sub: Request to approve payment to Video production agency

1. As per directions received from GM, IHMCL a video was required to be prepared for the
launch of WhatsApp Chatbot Service. Accordingly, Airads Limited, an empanelled vendor of
NHAI was approached to prepare the above said video.
2. M/s Airads Limited has successfully prepared and submitted the video as per requirement of
IHMCL/NHAI and the video may be accessed through the link at ____.
3. In this regard, Airads Ltd. has submitted Invoice as attached at CP- ___ against their work of
video production. The rates charged are in line with the DAVP approved rates as provided at
CP-
4. The vendor has successfully submitted the video and work is satisfactory, therefore, it is
proposed to release payment of INR 3,50,000 + GST as per DAVP approved rates to M/s
Airads Limited.
