Introduction
On 5 March 2022, we went for a trip to Kelantan aim to visit Kota Bharu Cultural Village. We
arrived there 9.00 am and met the person in charge of the visit and the director. The location is in
a traditional Islamic Malay village, where you can enjoy peace and calm as well as the simplicity
of country life.

Trip Objective
The objective of the trip was to get to know about Malay culture, experience Malay village life
with its traditions. In our organic farm, leftover food, leaves, and other materials are composted
and subsequently used as fertilizers.

Field Observation
we were guided by a tour by host who explained the history of the cultural village. We took
some notes and interviewed the host about the place during the tour and we were brought for a
tour around the cultural village. We also managed to see batik canting, shadow play gallery and
kite-making (The Moon-kite) at cultural village. Then, we had lunch at kuningan restaurant. We
also managed to buy souvenirs at the cultural village. The cultural village is one of the most
beautiful and unique places Kelantan. The village is located in a quiet area with a nice view of
the city. It is a great place to relax and get inspiration. We learned various things about the
activities and we found out that creativity was shown by from the experts. Moreover, we
watched a documentary on “The Beauty of Kelantan”. Last but least, goodie bags were presented
by the person in charge and the director at the end of the session. We also did a photography
session with the management and residency of the Kota Bharu Cultural Village.

Conclusion
Our trip ended about 5pm, It can be concluded that the trip was successful and believed that our
objective was achieved and learned something new and beneficial for us.
