Concentrated, freeze-dried culture for direct Direct inoculation:

The quantities of inoculation indicated should be considered as Foreign Yeasts and < 10 CFU / g
guidelines. Supplement cultures may be required depending on Moulds
technology, fat content and product properties desired.
