Registrations & Payment

Registrationis done by paying a down payment minimal 30% of the total costof thebtour
package.
Down payment cannot be returned (non-refundable)
Therest of payment of tour package fees can be made no later than 14 days before the date
agreed.
Registration thatisdone les sthan 14 days before the date received,m ustbe paid in full.
Registration with out down payment can be cancel led with out priornotice for participants.

Cancelation
If a cancelation is made by the participant before the date is taken for any reason, a cancelation
fee will be charged wiht the following conditions :
1. After resgistering : the deposit is forfeitid ( non refundable )
2. 30 - 15 days befaore the date of departure : 75% of the cost of the tour package
3. Less than 15 days before the approval date : 100% of the tour package fee
Cancelation feels also apply to parcitipants who change the departure date or change the tour
package / tour type
If the cancelation occurs because of force majuere/forced/unresolvable incident due to natural
disasters, riots, terrorism and others, therefore, the refund will follow the policies from the airlines,
hotel, transportation and all parties related to the tour.
Our Company is not responsible and cannot be sued for :

Delay or cancelation of visit schedules and all events that occur beyond the control of our
company..
Los cost for delays caused by participants.
Los sof personal belongings (luggage,cam eras,bags,jew elry,etc.), deposited good satthe air
portorat the hotel.
Los sof tour is tequipment by participants, the cos to fre placing touris tequipment is here
sponsibility of the participant.
Accident, damage,los and delay of baggage from the air line, hotels and other transportation
equipment.
Negligence of participants who ex perience personal injury or death.
Leave the participant due to ilnes or accident during the tour.
If there is a service in a tour package that is not used by participants for any reason in this package
there is no additional tour package fee.
Changes or reduced events that occur due to force majeure/forced/unresolvableincident due to
natural disasters, riots, terorism and aayiujmothers. Changesare made for the sake of the smooth
travel and security of participants In this package the breis no additional tour package fee.

Our company has the righ to :

Ask participant to leave the group, if the participant try to make a riot/chaos to wards the group or other
participants and considered to harm the visited places.
out company has the right to charge the diference in package costs and others ( if there is an increase in
the cost of a tour package, airport tax,etc.).
our company has the right to charge additional fees, if there is are quest for service support by
participant
